These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the ace99 website located at ace99.im, including all associated pages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process and creating an ace99 account, by accessing or using any service made available through the Platform, or by depositing funds into your account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. This acceptance is recorded at the time of registration and applies to all subsequent sessions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ace99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ace99. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

ace99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ace99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, and play. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not registering more than one account. Each individual may hold only one active ace99 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate termination.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ace99 Platform through a self-exclusion request or a Platform-initiated ban that remains in force.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an ace99 employee or contractor, unless explicit written permission has been granted by ace99 management.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose without prior written authorisation from ace99.

ace99 conducts age verification checks at the point of first withdrawal and at any point where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account holder may not meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

If you are aware that a minor is using your account or device to access the ace99 Platform, you must contact support immediately at [email protected] and take all reasonable steps to prevent further underage access. ace99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any relevant legal or regulatory inquiry in this regard.

To access real-money features on the ace99 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ace99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available at no cost to all registered players. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify ace99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity — including all bets placed, games played, and deposits made — that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Ensure that all contact details associated with your account (email address, Bangladesh mobile number) remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not allow any other person to use your ace99 account, including family members, friends, or associates.

ace99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of Bangladesh address, and proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used on the account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ace99 Platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, ace99 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account, to void any winnings generated by the duplicate account(s), and to return only the net deposited balance of the duplicate account(s) after deducting any bonus funds utilised.

All funds deposited into your ace99 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. ace99 does not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you will result in the deposit being declined, or if accepted in error, refunded to the source account and your ace99 account flagged for review.

ace99 does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independent of ace99. You are responsible for any such fees levied by your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your ace99 account details.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• ace99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are typically within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method and any verification procedures required. ace99 will make every reasonable effort to process withdrawals promptly.

ace99 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ace99 may be obligated to retain funds pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

All balances, bet amounts, and transaction values on the ace99 Platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka using the ৳ symbol. ace99 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs if their payment provider operates in a different denomination.

ace99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season launches, and ICC tournament milestones. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all ace99 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Bets placed on certain games (as specified per promotion) may not contribute fully or at all towards wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is eligible for a specific bonus offer only once unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits expire after a defined period, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Minimum Deposit: Most deposit-related bonuses require a qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Deposits made using certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific bonuses — check individual promotion terms.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the cash winnings generated from wagering activity using bonus funds, once all wagering requirements are fully met, become withdrawable.

ace99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. ace99 also reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional mechanics, or any other activity that ace99 deems contrary to the spirit of fair play. Decisions regarding bonus disqualification are final.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on the ace99 Platform are governed by the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet or playing a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ace99:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by ace99. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets placed at erroneous odds, or bets placed in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits may vary by product, market type, and account status. ace99 reserves the right to apply individual account limits at any time.
• Erroneous Odds and Pricing Errors: In the event that incorrect odds, payouts, or game parameters are displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, ace99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. ace99 is not liable for losses arising from errors in displayed odds or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction.
• Abandoned or Postponed Events: For sports betting markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with ace99's specific sport rules for that market. Generally, if an event does not commence or conclude within a defined period, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• RNG and Game Integrity: All slot games and non-live casino games offered on ace99 use Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently certified for fairness. The outcomes of these games cannot be influenced by the Platform or any player. Live casino games are streamed directly from licensed studios and are governed by their respective live dealer rules.
• Responsible Use of Betting Features: Players are encouraged to use cash-out features, bet history tools, and session tracking features available on the Platform as part of their responsible gaming practice.

ace99 monitors all betting and gaming activity for patterns indicative of professional or syndicated betting, arbitrage, exploitation of pricing errors, or any other conduct that may negatively affect the integrity of the Platform's markets. ace99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close accounts engaged in such activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with ace99.
• Money Laundering: Using the ace99 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using ace99 as a mechanism for the layering, placement, or integration of illicit funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated tools to exploit promotional mechanics, or engaging in any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, card games, or other competitive formats to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hand information or intentionally losing to transfer chips or funds.
• Match-Fixing and Inside Information: Placing bets using knowledge of pre-arranged sporting outcomes, or communicating with any party involved in fixing a sporting event. ace99 cooperates actively with sports integrity organisations.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ace99 Platform, to reverse-engineer any software, or to interfere with the normal operation of any game, service, or security feature.
• Underage Access: Registering or using the Platform when under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual known to be under 18.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at ace99 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

ace99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has failed to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified or is under investigation.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or a responsible third party.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy).
• ace99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the order of a competent authority.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, ace99 will communicate the reason for suspension to your registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. During suspension, access to funds may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

If you wish to close your own ace99 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Players who have requested self-exclusion may not attempt to re-register on the Platform during their exclusion period. ace99 takes all reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion requests promptly, but cannot guarantee immediate blocking in all technical contexts. If you believe your self-exclusion has not been properly applied, contact support immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ace99 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from bets placed or games played on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, connectivity failures, or interruptions to live betting or game feeds.
• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill, whether or not ace99 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform, including information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed due to third-party data feed issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond ace99's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ace99's liability for death or personal injury caused by ace99's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ace99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ace99 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

ace99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the page. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, ace99 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a site-wide notification or an email to registered players.

Your continued use of the ace99 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

ace99 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, payment method, or service offered on the Platform at any time without liability to you, provided that reasonable notice is given where technically and commercially feasible.
